In an advisory, the Quezon City Department of Public Order and Safety said the stretch from Sandiganbayan to Litex will be closed from midnight of May 17 until midnight of May 18.
All vehicles going to Fairview are advised to turn right at Sandiganbayan and exit to Litex. Public utility vehicles will be given two counterflow lanes on the opposite side to allow passengers to board or alight along Commonwealth Road.

The INC will give away free clothes, shoes, and provide medical and dental services for its "Lingap sa Mamamayan" event.
Meanwhile, in an advisory from the Supreme Court public information office, the Chief Justice has ordered the early dismissal of employees of the Sandiganbayan starting at 2 pm.
The order was based on the recommendation of the presiding justice of the Sandiganbayan. A skeleton force will be maintained at the anti-graft court.
"This is due to the closure of Commonwealth Avenue from Sandiganbayan to Litex, and to avoid further contribution to the traffic condition that is expected to worsen by late afternoon," the advisory read. – Rappler.com
